Received his law degree from the Catholic University Andres Bello in Venezuela. He earned a Master in Law from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. He also studied law in Brazil.

Over the past years he has assisted foreign companies in expanding their business to the United States and in the relocation of executives to US affiliates by developing the required business plans and preparing the necessary foreign legal documentation for visas.

Previously, and for more than 16 years, he was dedicated to consulting and the practice of commercial and corporate law, as well as the registration of trademarks, commercial litigation, negotiation and conflict resolution at Alvarez Martinez, Hernandez & Associate Lawyers in Caracas, Venezuela. Some of his clients with an international profile included companies such as EMI Music C.A, Universal Music S.A., and Sony Music, the Venezuelan subsidiaries of EMI Music Group Limited (UK), Universal Music (US-French) and Sony Corporation (Japan), respectively. He is a consultant at Alvarez Martinez and the director of Global Corporations Consulting Group, Inc. in Miami, Florida.

He is based in Miami, FL. He is not licensed to practice law in the United States. He is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
