Received his law degree from the Catholic University Andres Bello in Venezuela. He earned a Master in Intercultural Human Rights Law from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.

His experience includes over four years as a corporate attorney for Banco Federal in Caracas, Venezuela, and three years as a foreign consultant for OAR Professional Services Co., in Miami, Florida. He also worked for the Law Offices of Kennedy Panzer, Esq. in North Miami, Florida on immigration matters and for Huron Consulting Group LLC in Miramar, Florida as a legal reviewer. In April 2011, Mr. Lobato joined Alvarez Martinez, first as a legal researcher and currently as a consultant.

He is based in Miami, FL. He is not licensed to practice law in the United States. He is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
